SPIRE Institute and Academy

SPIRE IA (Institute/Academy) is one of the most unique and comprehensive Athletic, Academic, Personal and Career Development organizations in the world. Constructed on 175 acres with 750,000 sq. ft. under roof, it is among the largest indoor multi-sport, training, education and competition complexes in North America. SPIRE also features a national/international college preparatory academy for high school student-athletes + a popular postgraduate academy.

Staff includes world-class Olympic Athletes joined by 5 Ambassadors: Caleb Dressel, Tianna Bartoletta, Ryan Lochte, Dikembe Mutombo and Elizabeth Beisel.

AQUATICS
- One of the "fastest pools in the world" according to Myrtha Pools.
- 2 pools designed with input from USA Swimming.
- 10 lanes of 50-meter racing.
- 20 lanes of 25-meter racing.
- 20 lanes of 25-yard racing.
- Colorado Timing System pace clock/competition scoreboards.
- Underwater video stroke and swim power analysis equipment (utilizing Dartfish technology).

FIELD & COURTS
- The Ineos Courts offers a multi-purpose court surface that delivers enhanced training and competition for up to 6 NBA-size basketball courts, and 12 volleyball courts and a variety of gymnastics and mat sports.
- One synthetic turf field that can be used as a full-size soccer, lacrosse, football, baseball, softball, field hockey and rugby field or be divided into smaller training areas.
- Climate controlled mezzanine and bleacher seating, locker rooms, concessions as well as sports therapy/orthopedics offices.

TRACK & FIELD
- 8 lanes, 300-meter Beynon track with the radius used on outdoor tracks.
- Field event area which includes 2 pole vault pits, 2 long/triple jump pits
- 2 high jump pits + 2 shot put, weight, and discus throw areas.
- Olympic standard custom Lynx timing and scoring system.
- 30,000 sq ft glass-encased banquet, hospitality and meeting space overlooking the indoor track facility.
- Spectator capacity: 5,000
- Two separate mezzanine viewing areas that overlook the track and field.

OUTDOOR STADIUM
- Synthetic multi-sport, lighted field with an 9 lane, 400-meter polyurethane international track.
- Multiple field event areas: 4 long jump pits, apron for 8 high jump pits, 4 pole vault pits, and an adjacent throws stadium.
- Professional-grade synthetic turf infield accommodates a FIFA sized soccer field, football, and men's/women's lacrosse.
- National championship setting with a spectator capacity of 15,000 - 20,000 including 5,000 permanent bleacher seats
