Montgomery County Fair

We have 2 buildings situated on 50 acres. The Event Center is 26,000 sq. ft. and the Exhibit Hall is 16,000 sq. ft.

Our main building is climate controlled for year-round comfort and can accommodate up to 3,000 patrons.

Our second building is also a climate-controlled venue. The building is designed to be used without air conditioning, with large roll-up doors and large fans for great ventilation and air circulation. The Exhibit Hall can accommodate 2,000 guests.

Our climate-controlled indoor facility at 580 Calumet Lane, with meeting rooms and a 5,000 sq. ft auditorium, can comfortably accommodate up to 1,500 guests.

Our facilities are perfect for a wide array of large and small events and are used regularly to accommodate the Montgomery County Fair, and other monthly events such as a Gun and Knife show.
